President Buchanan was a big ol’ homo.

Imagine if he had been bullied by his classmates into

committing suicide.

Instead, he became the President of the

United States. Everybody is worth something. We have to stop the bullying.

The recent rash of Teenage Suicides due to bullying has caught the nation's attention.  What do we do now that we have that attention?  It's time to start making changes in schools and universities; it's time we start making changes in our homes and our communities; it's time we start making changes in ourselves and in the hearts of others.  We must stand up and say that bullying is not acceptable. We must demand that better attention is paid, not just to those that are being bullied, but also to those that are

doing the bullying.  Kids are getting these homophobic ideas from somewhere.  We need to address where it's coming from in order to change where it's going.  It is hard enough to be a kid without the added threat of being beaten, taunted, ridiculed, and made to feel worthless.  We have to make this stop.  We're losing bright, talented, important members of our communities, before they even have a chance to shine.  Don't let this go on in your neighborhood.  Get involved.  Do something.  Give a Damn.

If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, please tell somebody.

Let's not lose any more valuable human beings.
